Running overtime, we're going to run them out

stepping over lines, we're going to cross them out

people in the street, they always start to shout

children in the heat, we better drown them out

People never know, what it is they scream about

i have slowly grown; grown apart from myself

working in the sun, the days that ware us down

water falling on our tongues, it makes us slowly drown.
